Can I still contribute to CCCS without sponsoring a child?
Absolutely! The CCCS Sponsor a Student program was created to enhance our general giving program in response to donor desire to connect directly with an individual child. You do not need to participate in the Sponsor a Student program in order to share the love of Jesus with children through Christian education with CCCS.
What do I receive for my sponsorship?
Each sponsor receives a customized packet of information with personal information about your student and a photo. Sponsors will also receive email updates about CCCS developments and their student’s country as they become available to us. The Lord willing, a quarterly Newletter will be mailed as well as an updated picture and letter from your child yearly.
How much does sponsorship cost?
We ask each Sponsor a Student donor to support their student and the work of CCCS through a monthly tax deductible donation of a minimum of $25. Free automatic withdrawal through Simply Giving and credit card giving information are available here.
Will I be able to communicate with my student directly?
Not at this time. Communication in third world countries is difficult and costly. Unfortunately, not all CCCS students have personal sponsors at this time; those not receiving letters may feel alienated and discouraged. CCCS will forward letters and photos of your student to you as they become available.
